This is so true! There are some health practitioners out there that push a particular diet – paleo, keto, pescatarian, etc. Often, it’s because that diet helped them to heal their own health issues – and that’s a wonderful thing. But there is no single diet that works for everyone. And if you encounter a practitioner that tells you there is only one way to heal or be healthy, then run the other way 😉
We’re all biochemically unique. And our dietary needs can change at different points in our lives depending on lots of things – genetics, environment, lifestyle, and health status.
